Alfredo
Alfredo was an athlete all through highs school and college, until he injured his back in an accident.
He had to go through extensive rehab for a year, and when he was cleared to exercise he had trouble finding the motivation to get started again.
He was also fearful of injuring himself and depressed from going from an intense athlete to doing hardly anything at all.

Matt

Sean
